Woodland Tribe will be taking over the Great Northern Warehouse and giving the chance to kids to reclaim space in the very centre of Manchester.
We will be at the Great Northern amphitheatre from Thursday 29th August – Sunday 1st of September, providing children with everything they need to let their imaginations run wild and transform their playground visions into reality.
The creative sessions provide not only all the tools families will need, including ropes, saws, hammers, netting and huge quantities of wood, but also a safe, intuitive environment where kids will be taught how to use the tools to build something amazing and trusted to assess risk.
In a nod to Manchester’s industrial heritage, children are invited to come along and build a train shaped playground, where parents can either observe or join in and relive the outdoor play of their childhood.
Sessions will run from Thursday 29th August – Sunday 1st September for 1.5 hours at the following times:
10:00 – 11:30
11:30 – 13:00
14:00 – 15:30
15:30 – 17:00
